On 03/27/26. We had to bring a coworker in for workers company and as soon as we walked and attempted to explain the situation, the receptionist cut us off said she needs to speak with the patient and only the patient and not us. We explained to her that since it's a workers injury that's why we were explaining and that didn't have to be rude. The receptionist stated that she doesnt care she needs to speak with the patient and that we are not the patients. No wonder this place has 2.5. Stars this place is a joke for customer... read more

Dr. Debenham is a joke. She is on her instagram blabbing about how we dont have to worry about Covid anymore and there is no reason to mask. People can still get covid and while it may not be as much as a threat as it was during the pandemic. Covid is still very much a thing and Long Covid is a problem. I cannot believe I heard this from a healthcare professional.

Every individual person you deal with seems to have a different contractor that's going to need your insurance information later on. If you get doctor Mary Mccumber, just know it's been over a month and multiple phone calls and emails trying to just give them the insurance information for the workmans comp claim I have and they still haven't filed it. They just keep sending me the bill and I have to call the Indian call center they use again. They charge as much as they do but can't handle the simplest Billing situations pro... read more
