My son was nervous to get his teeth cleaned, but Melissa did a fantastic job. So patient and made it fun for him. Thank you for making my life easier!
They are the best pediatric dentist office I have ever taken my kids to. They are so kind and compassionate. Worked with me on the bill but best of all took exceptional care of my three year old. Honored the price I originally signed for even though they did some additional work during her procedure. Even cleaned her teeth agin for free since they had been cleaned two months ago. Dr. Rupp is the best!! My 13 month old nephew LOVED IT�
Brought my 3 yr old in for fillings. While under anesthesia they claimed they found more cavities and asked to fill those. When we were done and I had my daughter with me just coming off anesthesia they had me sign the form. Later I found out they billed for another cleaning (knowing we just had one at our dentist). Now I just took her for her 6 month at my dentist and the cleaning was denied by insurance. They would not do anything for me. My dentist is actually working to cover it.
