Called twice to schedule an appointment. Each time, the hold lasted over 20 minutes before the call was picked up. I used the hold management feature on my iPhone so I would be notified when someone answered. Both times, I responded immediately when notified, but the operator hung up within about five seconds when no response was heard. Train your team to be patient with pickups just as we are expected to be patient with phone wait times.
Thank you Rebecca Baum for telling me I wasn’t sick enough to figure out what my illness was and to come back when I was more sick. To come to you more sick, for you to ask me what you wanted me to do. (The message response from her was “what do you want me to do, write you a prescription?”) This was being chronically ill for years and on her waitlist for 9 months.
