I've had to stop in the phlebotomy lab several times over the past month for some blood draws. Both times the wait was under ten minutes and the front desk staff was friendly and professional. I have a fear of needles and I prefer not to see the needle or blood at any point. Both times they were very understanding and were great at making small talk to keep my mind off the task at hand. They are always professional. I have labs drawn every month and most of the time the wait times aren't too bad.
I was in and out in less than the estimated time. The phlebotomist was so quick, painless, and professional.
I wanted to express my gratitude for the phlebotomist named Nadia at this lab. I have raynaud’s and tiny veins so blood work has historically been an ordeal for me and traumatic as I’d typically leave a lab with at least 2 separate pokes and be covered in bruises the next week. I first met with Nadia in December after some health concerns and had already been in to a different lab twice that week so I was pretty burnt out. She was so kind and gentle with me.
