went to all 4 floors trying to find my the "correct" checkin. no one would look up my actual appointment to tell me what floor they just kept guessing which floor i was supposed to be on. WORST checkin experience, worse then new york, worse then san diego, and run by robots, people no longer able to assist unless a robot tells them to. big shout out to the fourth floor endo group, after i asked them to look up my apt they declined.
