The person at the ID card desk was pleasant and there wasn't any wait for me to be seen. We thought it was a bit odd that the ID card office wasn't in the main VA center building, though.
They do not answer calls, don't waste your time trying to call. Answer your phone, works wonders for customer service.
Lots of parking, wheel chair parking and entrance. Friendly and helpful staff. Any veteran who needs a hearing test or related products should go there
The Cheif of Audiology, and a tech by the name of Taylor, conspired to take away my primary care provider and threatened me with armed officers, when I asked to be treated for Patulous Eustachian Tubes.
