Safe, clean, friendly complex - highly recommend! I’ve been a resident for 4 years. The apartments are clean and very well maintained. Balcony’s on some 1br are big. Lots of storage space! I like having multiple buildings vs one big unit bc I feel it breaks up nuance apt noises. The neighbors are friendly, no noise complaints, hang outside and a mix of young family’s and single 20-40’s. It is safe! No issues of break-ins or theft and safe to walk at night. Grateful for a great place to live. We appreciated the efficient and friendly help Mallory and Mikayla provided in the office. Ray with maintenance also did a great job. We enjoyed living here. It felt safe and friendly. Loved the high ceilings, and sunlight coming through the many windows. Everything worked well and was well maintained. Would live at Salt Fork again if we returned to Amarillo.

Great place! Lived here for a year. 2 bdrm, 2nd floor. Great location and well maintained. Staff is very helpful. I would highly recommend.

Salt Fork Apartments If you are in need of an apartment I would highly recommend Salt Fork Apartments. Not only are they nice and well maintained but you also have the option of having a garage. Mallory and Mikayla do an amazing job of managing the property and are very professional and easy to work with. Ray who does an awesome job of maintaining the property. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is working properly. I was there 3 years and they were always great to work with if you had any issues.
Salt Fork Apartments is a great place to live! Salt fork apartments I only lived here for 3 months, but made at least 7 service requests. Small thing kept not working. The biggest thing was the washer I rented from them. It never worked! They finally gave me some money back after I contacted them multiple times, but only fixed it a week before I moved out. Also, I had to call the office because my statement was wrong every month. I would not recommend this apartment.

Salt Fork Apartments Beautiful apartment homes! Love the stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Definitely the nicest apartments in Amarillo.
Salt Fork Apartment The one bedroom is small with 2 choices on placement if you have a couch and tv. The closet is in the bathroom is suppose to be walk in but good luck finding or getting clothes from the enclosed ends. the water is a set amount of $37.62 for one bedroom, that they text you before the first of the month. Security gates are possessed - have been known to not open when trying to leave - they are left open most of the time.

The Llano floor plan is 583sqft. It is a charming, modern one-bedroom floor plan. This particular floor plan is the one floor plan that is equipped with a spacious standard closet.
