Nina is wonderful. She asks questions, listens and I love the result. An amazing salon.
My experience with Nina was awful. I asked for balayage and got streaky, chunky lines that looked nothing like balayage. When I told her I didn’t like it, she immediately got defensive and argued with me instead of listening. She even dragged the owner over and, in front of them, snapped: ‘Well if you’ve done it at other places, why did you come here then?’ - unbelievably rude and unprofessional.
