Once again, I tried to order the shrimp at this location and they only had a few shrimp made up, but not enough for an order. The guy taking my order noticed that they only had a few made up and told me I had to order something else. I was staring at the few made up in front of me and in disbelief he didn't offer to have some fresh shrimp cooked for my order. Always out of shrimp. The staff are unfriendly and do not offer to prepare more shrimp for you. They assume you will choose something else. Was not greeted. Hardly thanked. Was emailed by a General Manager named Sara that offered me a free meal on my next visit, but ignored my issues with the service and the fact that I had to throw my meal away barely eaten due to it not being fresh and not what I came to this location for: shrimp. The service was nice. The place was very clean. The food was horrible. I got Nacho's with ground beef and was unable to eat. It was so salty tasted like someone put a whole bag of salt in it. I won't be back again.
They changed their hours but it’s only posted on the door to the store.
