We had Salsa Verde cater our wedding reception and there was not a single person who didn't like it! The food was a huge hit with every guest. The owner was unbelievably helpful. As someone who hates most wedding food, it was spectacular and refreshing to have something different and something that was tasty. Thank you for the great food.
I gave them two stars because the guacamole (although very very expensive!!) was good...everything else was not good. Rice tasted like boxed mix, extremely dry and overcooked with no flavor whatsoever. I tried a chicken, ground beef, and steak taco. The ground beef and chicken were terrible. The steak was decent. We catered our daughters graduation party and Salsa Verde did an awesome job!
For my daughter's high school graduation party we had Salsa Verde (Yorkville) cater the party. My wife was real excited that she didn't have cook. It was worth every penny. We chose the "Fajita Bar". It was simply delicious and we had plenty of food for the duration of the party. Abraham from SV delivered the food right on time and setup everything perfectly. Food ok, but margaritas were NOT good, too much sour mix and when telling manager about it, he refunded money instead of fixing. The Yorkville location has great margaritas so I'll stick to that location.
