This is a terrible company their foreman Rumsey does not have the experience to run a crew. As a foreman his terrible at communicating with others ,as a professional I feel that you need to do what is correct and own up to mistakes and if your doing something wrong then you need to except it ,learn from it and grow from it because no matter how much experience we have we can still make mistakes we can still be wrong and there's always new things to learn.
