Stopped by to look at a vehicle. Was told that they would give me $20,000 for my trade in. Spent the rest of the day getting my loan. Go in the next day and suddenly they can only give me $18,000 for my trade. Apparently it depreciated $2,000 in one day. He even admitted that he told me $20,000 the day before. At least honor your offers. I even came back and tried to negotiate to a middle ground, but he still wasn't interested in making a deal.
just bought a honda frv automatic in pearl white from sal, a 1st class car dealer, very obliging and helpful. the car is brilliant too.
Got my car detailed today for the first time (its a 10 year old car 😳) and they did even better than I could have imagined!!! It looks brand new again!!Thanks and I will return!👍🏻

I can't count the times over the years I have had to pop in with tire related issues and they ALWAYS get me checked out right away and if they can patch it they do or just air it up. I travel quite a bit and yesterday my low tire pressure light came on thankfully I was able to get to sals. They aired up my tires but refused to let me leave until they checked for a leak. Even though they were slammed they took the time to check and I'm glad they did. I had a nail and it couldn't be repaired. Had I left I may have had a bigger... read more
