First time there,food was ok, staff was nice and friendly.
Ordered through grub hub for pick up. My husband went to pick up our fish frys at the designated estimated pick up time. He spoke with two people regarding this and both said there was no order. Upon coming home, i got a text saying the food was ready so we went to pick it up again. This time the staff told my husband it was OUR FAULT for the inconvenience. That's horrible! None of that is what we are trying to do as a business. Not sure what happened. There may have been a computer glitch, or perhaps it was human error. Hard to know. We might suggest that a baked fish is not the best "delivery" item, as clearly it is going to sit for the trip and cool down and dry out. It's baked fish. The best place for trying that may be inside the pub. You commented we are Brookfield's best fish fry, but you got yours baked... the whole thing sounds messed up. We have been there more than 10 times and the service tonight was terrible 5/17/18. Hostesses were kibitzing with each and didn’t notify waitstaff of new table. Pressed call button 6 times, while band completed 4 songs. Eventually asked bartender to get our waiter, still waited another 2 songs before someone came to table to take a drink order. Everyth8ng was slow tonight, wished we had sat at the bar and had Dan? Tall thin guy with longish hair take care of us. No accommodations for poor service other than a weak apology.

Sorry for the bad night. If the hostess didn’t seat you properly (or if they didn’t seat you at all and you just sat at a table for example) then the call button wouldn’t be assigned to anyone. Seeing as how you didn’t get a server right away, and the call button didn’t work, all we can assume is the hostess messed up. That is very much not like them though, as our hostesses are top notch. Rude staff. Came for a band. No seats at all. The few seats that they had were reserved. Called and was told no cover before 7:30 but arrived early and was charged a cover.
