I have gotten my haircut here in the past and it was wonderful. But today, I had to cancel my haircut last minute because I was in pain due to a medical condition. Their cancellation fee is 95% of the services scheduled. After being charged an $85 cancellation fee, I called them back and asked if I could actually come in (I decided I’d suffer through the pain) and they told me NO because I would arrive 10 minutes after my appointment time. The new salon is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!!! I feel like I’m in a chic tree house where everyone leaves prettier than they arrived. It’s absolute magic, I love the new coffee bar and drinks + snacks. I have always had the best experience that now I’m doing extensions here as well which have been extremely more successful than previously. Everyone really cares here and you can tell. I loveeeeed my haircut, Eleanor was amazing and truly brought my hair vision to life! She was great at explaining the process and what she was doing + great conversation. I felt supremely welcomed and I’m happy to have found a great place for my haircuts! 🤩
