Loctician: Aja On The Roots I started my loc journey today with Aja on the Roots. Aja is knowledgeable and personable. Her workspace is clean and she provides entertainment and refreshments. She was very patient with me as I had not done much research on locs. I will be returning!

First off where is the front desk girl that used to be there? She was so professional and friendly. If I could give this place a half a star I would do to the unprofessional attitude of management and some stylist. The place use to be so clean and now you can write your name in the dust. The bathroom's are very nasty and to say something to someone you may get your head taken off. The hairstyle that I received did not last a week and when I tried to go back and get the lady to correct her mistake she blocked me. Think twice ... read more

Tried to stop by to check out some stylists and get my hair done. Door is locked and you must ring agents. All of their contact info seems to be at the front desk.... The bell system wouldn't call who I wanted and there is no one walking by to let me in despite multiple open signs.
