RecommendedI just have to stop in and say Charles, the concierge, in White Marsh is the absolute best. It seems like he knows everyone that works in the individual salons and really loves what he does. Every single time I come in he’s there with the brightest personality and makes my day. Whatever you pay that man is not enough because you don’t see that kind of customer service anywhere these days!

I used to do maintenance at Salontra. I left on bad terms but to this day I highly recommend this place as your beauty go-to. The tenants are treated with respect from management and the customers are welcomed by friendly staff that genuinely care about your experience. Will (the owner) you are unfair at times. Unless the person is management you would treat us like we were pawns. Very nice location. convenient location to public transportation and visible from the road. multiple stylists, barbers, nail technicians located in one building. food on site. atm. only one problem, currently elevator is out so you have to walk up a couple flights of steps if the shop you are visiting is one of the other floor
