The people at Saloni are very nice but the service is the worst I've ever had. I've gone there a few times because I believe you should give a business the opportunity to improve. I always make an appointment and am left waiting mid manicure or pedicure while they bounce around to other clients. I've asked that once they not do that but they don't staff enough employes so they'll have 3 employees working on 6 customers. Which means, a typical 1 hour appointment is 1.5 or 2 hours. I went to get a pedicure this week. I made a reservation for several of my friends and I ahead of time. When we got there it was about half full so we were patient. Three of us got done half an hr before the others. The lady working on me had a friend come in and she was showing her pictures on her phone and she didn't pay attention to the pumice stone and she was using it on my leg and it realllllly hurt. Saloni Nails and Spa is the best in all of Whatcom county. I have been a customer since they opened and the work they do is outstanding! My nails always look beautiful and everyone takes their time making sure they are perfect. The staff are always welcoming and nice. I have been to many other salons to have pedicures, manicures and full sets done and none of them compare to Saloni Nails and Spa. I am a loyal forever customer!
This is the best place to go for a pedicure! I have been going there for several years now, and they do a great job! It is clean and they are friendly. I have been to several other places and they are not only great but they are consistent. I have been to some places where it is good one time and not others. I can not say enough good things about this place. I highly recommend Saloni Nails and Spa!
I have been going to Saloni Nails & Spa over 1 years now and always get exactly what I want for my nails! They do such quality work and I can say this because I am a retired beautician and nail tech! Their friendly attitude and smiling faces only add to a great experience there every two weeks! I get so many compliments on my nails and I always tell everyone go to Saloni Nails, they are the BEST in ferndale and Bellingham! I highly recommend Saloni Nails!
I have been going to Saloni about 2 years. Tommy does my nails and he is a perfectionist. He is friendly, the spa is lovely, and clean. He always will make room for you on his schedule and stay after closing if necessary. I can't speak for any other operator at the salon except TOMMY.
