Wife and I were in the area, and decided to stop in to grab her some hair product.. it’s 3:15pm on 2/2/25 and the sign on the door and hours online indicate 4pm closure. Lights were off, doors locked. Completely unacceptable. Will not be referring friends, family or returning to this location.
Very close and convenient location near my salon. I can call and place an order for pickup. Their staff is great at helping you find the items you are looking for.
Called the store and asked about availability of certain products and was helped by Kimmy. Kimmy was very polite and helpful. She gathered all of the products I needed, rang them up, charged my card on file and had them waiting for me when I showed up to get them. When I got to the store, I had a few questions, she was more than knowledgeable and appreciative of me. Much nicer service than the Waterford location. Will certainly be back.
