The bad reviews are a complete surprise because every time I've gone into this Salon Centric location, the ladies are wonderfully friendly and helpful. I've never had a problem or any weird vibe, it's been 5 star customer service all the way!
Wow, I don’t know why this place has such bad reviews but I’ve been here 3 different times and each of the ladies working here have been so nice and helpful. This location is awesome!
I’m not sure who is hiring all these girls with horrible attitudes but they really need to get replaced. I went in there the other day and I asked a girl a question in regards of some clippers and her response and attitude was not it. I called today to ask about some other clippers and the woman who answered the phone was rude to where she gave me the response and I just clicked. This location needs new people with positive attitudes who are trained professionally with customer service.
