Let me tell you, best staff ever, shout out Tiffany for helping me carry my insane purchase to my car. Truly the best salon centric I've ever been too. Fully stocked inventory I've never had a problem. I'm a new Redken Artist in town and I'm glad to see there's in-store education. Fast phone call pick ups. It doesn't get better than this
I want to preface that this review has nothing to do with the staff encounters I've had at this store, they are always great! The rep who was based at this store has been gone for quite some time (over a year, maybe two at this point) but if that position has been filled then they have never bothered to step foot into my salon. They are always helpful and have everything i need.
This location really needs new registers. We waited 20 minutes for the computer to boot up. So ridiculous! We always have issues at this location! But the employees are really nice.
