I LOVE this location, by far my favorite salon centric to go to. Maybe I’m biased because it’s closest to me, but the customer service never disappoints! Everyone I’ve met so far has been so helpful, but I wanted to give a huge shout out to Maria! She’s the absolute best. She’s so sweet, patient, and very helpful. The fact that she recognized me too after seeing me briefly shows how attentive she is as well. Anyways, you ladies rock! (P.S. loved the music today)
Customer service here is horrible. I had placed a pick up order and came in to grab it. Initially they weren’t able to find it as I had placed it under my shortened name which I apologized for after I realized my mistake. HOWEVER, the younger girl with the pink hair was extremely condescending from the moment I had walked in. When I came in, I showed her my pick up order and she looks at me blankly and says “What’s your name”. Business at its best! Small store and have almost everything a stylist needs ! I love it because I am a product lover lol the more the better. And they are super nice and work hard. 💕
The worst customer service ever the older women in her 50s was so rude to my wife . She would not even come out from behind the counter to help us out. We were the only people in the store. We had questions about the pureology shampoo and conditioner. Then when it was time to check out she asked us if we had the app on the phone. I had said no because we had always used my phone number in the Cheyenne store.
