Friendly easy going
Terrible customer service. As a Cosmetologist who has to come to these stores almost on a weekly basis… most of the employees have terrible attitudes. Shawna has consistently had terrible attitudes and short responses. After countless encounters that are far less than what’s considered “bare minimum”, this review is necessary.
