Grade-A service! Excellent helpful staff
The store should have a huge sign outside that it isn’t open to all public and that you need a membership and have a cosmetic license in order to even go inside. I went in last week as I was walking by with a group of mine and they wanted to check it out this lady that worked just approached us and told us we couldn’t be inside in a rude way . Unfortunately, my experience with the customer service team was less than satisfactory. Despite my attempts to explain the issue in detail, I was met with a lack of empathy and understanding. my experience with Customer Service was frustrating and left me feeling unheard and dissatisfied with the company's handling of my issue. I hope that in the future, they can take steps to improve their customer service and make it a more positive experience for customers who require their assistance.
