Elizabeth and Amy are SO sweet and very helpful. As a newbie to cosmetology I appreciated their help in store so much. I was not intimidated and I felt comfortable asking them questions. They are total girls' girls!
I shopped here months ago and were served by Amy S. As I walked in to the store I asked her where was olaplex brand located and she replied she only spoke English. I spoke to her in English. When I was ready to check out she saw me at the register and kept reading and my sister told her we were ready and she didn’t reply and kept reading for another few minutes.
