Went to exchange a shampoo I bought the wrong one so I figured I have my receipt it will be no problem but ... they were very unprofessional.
A guy so usually stay out of the loop of girl world. But even as an outsider looking in this was a very rude unprofessional place. Mis gendered my friend just to do it and took their sweet time with another customer on purpose. They also had a live argument about counting money right in front of us. Judge all you want but keep it to yourself at home not in a business. Cosmo prof is definitely the way to go if you didn't already know.
