I've been coming here for years, and have never needed to return anything until a few days ago. I had a few items that I didn't need that were unopened and they refused return or credit because they only had my purchase history only a few months back but they accept up to 120 days. I never have this issue before at cosmoprof. I'm going to try a new toner line at Cosmo so I don't have to shop here at all.
