My 19 year old brother came in this morning for a cut (and not a complicated one!) And the girl cut it so unevenly in the back that I needed to cut over an inch off on one side. AND she didn't style it at all.... which would have given her time to realize she messed up so badly. He didn't want me to call to see if he could get it fixed for free, and said he just didn't want to go back. Just thought I'd leave this here to hopefully save someone else the money and trouble!

I normally don't leave reviews but I came to this salon because of the good reviews. I have gone to Savanah twice. The first time I went to her, she did a decent job on my haircut so me and my daughter went the second time. I asked for a cut, color, and highlight. she talked me into just getting the color. My grays were not covered and the haircut is not what I asked for. My daughter was next. she has very long, layered hair. She wanted a couple inches off to get rid of the split ends. I called over the phone to schedule an appointment and I asked what the prices were. The day of my appointment I was running behind because we were moving. So I didn’t get to put myself together. I was on time to my appointment I just looked a mess. I could instantly tell that I was being judged by one lady specifically. She ended up being the one I booked with it too.
