Horrible. I was told a price and paid, my hair came out messed up. She told me to come back next day and she would fix her mess up, when I showed up she tried to charge me an extra $100. To finish the job she started. Now my hair is half finished. They ripped me off, and lied to me about the price.
I'm giving this a two, because the person was basically nice. I would love to have given a one. My concerns are about the manner in which my hair was done. There was not a style nor cut done professionally. I had extensions sewn in, with no real style given. The consultation I had was not complete. The person offered no suggestions.
