AVOID WAXING!!! – I recently had an AWFUL experience at this salon. I scheduled a SIMPLE eyebrow wax and in turn had my eyelids literally ripped off leaving me with raw skin and now scarred eyelids. To make matters worse, the management that was at one point "willing to do whatever was necessary to improve the situation" had me drive to the salon so they could tell me that this was MY fault because I was on my period the day this happened and then gave me two samples of cream to help heal my eyes.
