Fabulous! – Not only do I always leave with a fabulous hair cut, but the salon also did my hair and makeup for my wedding - as usual, they did a great job! I can't say enough good things about them. Lastly, they are reasonable priced for high end salons in this area.
I felt that the staff was highly trained professionals, and could tell that they definatly keep up on their education! My stylist was extremely friendly, fun, and informative. She also did the best foils I have ever had! They were all the way down to the root, and extremely precise. I would highly recommend this salon to anybody that enjoys being pampered in a high class environment.

Yes, they try to sell, sell and don't listen – As soon as I walked in, the gentlemen (forgot his name) gave me a tour. He seemed very pushy, ie., trying to sell, sell. When I got my hair done, the stylist did a nice job with my color and cut. But she styled it in a very curly wet look style. It looked awful. This was after I told her that I don't like my hair curly. I think she didn't want to spend the time blow drying. Even though I paid full price. CAUTION-They Add Charges w/out Telling You!!! – BEWARE - I walked in with beautiful blond highlights & warm taupy brown hair (from somewhere else) & left with copper-orange highlights and murky black-brown hair - got charged for extra hair color that I didn't ask for. She brought over 3 mixing bowls and charged me for 3 hair color services when I only wanted one color service. Same day, got a "brazilian wax" - it wasn't even a full brazilian (she left hair) & they charged me $77.00!!! Not even in L.A. are they that much. Try... read more
Beware of extra charges! – I had gone to this salon a handful of times. My first experience was with a "not so nice " stylist. I see she is no longer there. I thought I would ask for someone else. While this stylist was really sweet and "appeared" to listen to what I wanted.....my haircut couldn't of been futher from the giant size picture I brought in. HORRIBLE – WORST SALON EVER!!!!Well I would not call it a salon..Horrible color, very pusy stylist always triyng to sell EXTRA products, and way overcharging..I had my highlights done (simply blonde) after waiting over 30 minutes for the stylist who was running behind, I finally left 3 hours later with WET uncombed hair, and partial highlights instead of the FULL I paid for..I did contact the salon they knew I was unhappy and made no attempts to correct the problem.
