Services. Inexperienced stylist, unprofessional, false scene safety in preventing. the spread of Covid-19 and reporting events to CDC while in salon.
My daughter had a diva cut done by Emily. She had gone for a consultation & it sounded awesome so she went in for a cut a week later. The end result had her in tears. She ended up going the next day to another salon to fix the terrible cut she had received. Would not recommend

Jenny is the best hair stylist in the dsm metro! She does the BEST blonde highlights, and her attention to detail is superb! I always leave feeling beautiful!
I believe this might be my first review ever - I have to rave about Salon Vici! I called looking for the next Deva Curl appointment available for my hair that suddenly decided to sprout some wave. Stopped in to ask about a facial & was curtly told there was no one who could help me by a rude older lady running the front desk. Not welcoming at all.
I had the best facial with Shade today. She hit a great balance of talking/education and letting me relax (I may have actually fallen asleep for a minute there!). Shade completely customized the care and products to my skin. she is obviously passionate about what she does and is extremely knowledgeable.
for one secretary is rude. two they dont take messages and say ur a no call no show even though u call. I would not recommend at least the hair department of this place
