My honest review: I’ve had two experiences at their hair salon and one thing that was very consistent was their excellent customer service. The space was clean, aesthetic and the staff are clearly trained to show exceptional customer service because I was treated super well on both visits. I asked questions about their continuing education for the staff and the salon actually makes it a requirement for their staff to continually grow and gain more education to work here. Was the best hair cut my wife and daughter have had in a long time.colleen really knows her way around hair and has a great sense of humor and a great environment. Would recommend her to anyone that wants what they ask for. Thank you again

After spending approximately $800 at Vibe Salon, I left feeling disappointed from beginning to end. I booked a consultation with Colleen because I wanted a change!! Black hair with platinum blonde tape-in extensions. During the consultation, I was encouraged to purchase the salon’s recommended extensions for about $200 instead of less expensive options, so I trusted her professional advice.
