I recently had a dreadful experience with Colleen. I was leaving on a trip in two days and my regular stylist was sick. I called several salons and Colleen had great credientials/experience. I needed a half head of highlights and have my tape in extensions installed. I have never had an appointment with a stylist go so wrong on so many different levels. Colleen is great. I told her to "do what she thought was best" and she did not disappoint. I gave her a bit of direction, saying I would like to go with some warmer tones, as winter was coming, but other than that, I gave her artistic freedom. I was very happy with my cut, color and style. Thank you, Colleen.

Felt very uncomfortable my entire appointment and have bleach burns and scabs on my scalp everywhere. Called to mention about the bleach burns on my head and didn’t seem to care at all Wouldn’t recommend this salon.
