I can't imagine how they got 5 stars..but obviously no one reviewing them has gotten a perm there. Not only did Hollie overprocess my hair, I have chemical burns on my scalp. When I requested a refund she told me she doesn't do refunds. So obviously her customer service is equally as bad as her hair service. I will never go back and would not recommend her to anyone. Be wary of a salon that will not refund an unsatisfied client - and that's what another salon told me after they fixed my hair from the damage.
