Best salon in Chicago, hands down – I have been going to Salon V off and on for the last three years. I have had a few different stylists there and have had different goals each time. They have never failed to give me impeccable results. You can't make some people happy...NO MATTER WHAT! – Recently (as in today) I was on my normal regiment of heading to the salon for some much needed products. she did exactly what i asked her NOT to do – I'm not sure one star is fair for the whole salon. However I will not be going back there after several times since the stylist I was seeing did exactly what I asked her not to do. I told her what I wanted and what I didn't want for color. She was unable to do what I asked for (its a pretty popular look, so any stylist in this price range in a salon trying to portray this image should be able to do it), she claimed that she couldn't go in with bleach. WOW - V , is amazing!!!! – Recently was referred to this salon since my stylist moved to NYC. I was amazed at how friendly and down to earth the staff is! Everyone works together and was cracking jokes...i had more than a haircut- it was enetertainment and friendly...i left with a style and a smile. Julio cut my hair and kickeed azz! Best Salon in Chicago!! – Some friends and I just visited Chicago for the umteenth time and always make a stop at SALON V! Two from Ohio and one from Nashville and again, we were blown away! We started off with manicures, by Lori...by far THE best we have ever had! Than on to facials, with Kristina. Again, it was amazing! wonderful staff, wonderful atmosphere – I get my haircut by David and followed him from another salon. The reception and stying staff are professional and talented. When I had questions about my color, another stylist came over and made recommendations. My cuts always turn out well and also grow out well. I never feel rushed or pressured. I feel like they listen to my concerns about length and styling time and give me a cut that works for me and that I can style myself.
Great cuts & great color with a smile!! – The staff at Salon V is great; they are professional yet fun. They are serious about their jobs and serious about the customer service they give to their clientelle but they are not uptight and they don't push products. I've never had such a GREAT EXPERIENCE !! – I never tried to do a review or had the desire too. This is a first for me and it is well do. The best haircut I've ever had is from the stylist "Teddy" at salon V. He is very good at what he does, very professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thanks Teddy for a great experience.
