I went a couple months back. It was my first and last time here. I only went because I had a gift card at the place. I’m not sure if the lady dyeing my hair was having a bad day or something but as she was putting the foil and dye in my hair I felt as if she was tugging on my hair. It had hurt really bad but hey I guess that was their style here at Salon Utopia. Long story short, the highlights came out good but over time i started to notice chunks of my hair was missing. I just moved to Florida from New York and was researching somewhere to get a haircut. Long behold Salon Utopia! I had my haircut by Sam and she was on point with the entire service! The consultation was perfect, and she completely understood what I was looking for. I am so happy with my haircut!!!! I even loved that Sam noticed on her own all my ear piercings and made sure to avoid my ears. I had the most wonderful experience with Sam and will definitely become a new loyal client to her!!!!
