MK Hair cut great! Hair Color A $200.00 Failure. New in town. Ask for Medium Blonde I am Dark Brown. Does not match my pale skin tone. Have called Salon four times in one week to discuss issue and ask for refund. No one will call me back. Was told t use a blonde shampoo by Amanda the Color Professional. Had the manager or owner called me back I would have felt so much better. To mess your hair and not be accountable is very poor customer service and unprofessional. I would not recommend this Salon.

Dont believe the hype Worst salon ever....Service not good and Dahlia has a bad attitude and does horrible work.....not happy at all....

excellent colorists I was very pleased with the results of my coloring at Salon Tribeca. They came highly recommended to me and I have to say, I was not disappointed. I had a full weave that was done in record time - the results speak for themself - my hair is fabulous!

The most compliments on my hair! Heather is the BEST! I am so happy my stylist is now at Salon Tribeca. I could not LIVE with out Heather. I have been going to her for 6 years! She is truly the BEST! I will not let anyone else touch my hair!

Amazingly Trained Stylists! Salon Tribeca is by far the BEST salon in Charlotte. I've been to many places and the atmosphere and customer service are both excellent here. Song and Michael are amazing stylists and are incredibly trained. The salon decor is imviting and modern at the same time. Always a wonderful experience every time I step in the doors! :)

Best Haircut EVER!! Blake is really fabulous and takes such time and effort to make sure your hair is perfect for your face shape, your hair type and length. I have very curly hair and he has cut it so I can just run my fingers through it in the morning and it looks great. It has a "style". He cut my daughter's hair (straight with a slight wave) and put layers in it so it fell just right. It is amazing how wonderful it looks without doing much to it. Give them a try... and tell Blake "Peggy says hi!"

This place was great I always trust Tribeca Salon with my hair, with them I always have BEST hairstyle! Their products are awesome, they even gave me some stuff to take home for free to keep up the conditioning treatment. Not only do they listen to you, but they'll ask questions and make sure they get everything. This place was great.
