I had an extremely disappointing experience at Tocci Salon. My appointment was booked for a haircut and colour, with 2 hours reserved. I arrived on time and asked for a lighter colour — not highlights, as the salon later claimed in their public response to this review. My stylist told me it couldn't be done and we went back and forth on it, which ate up about 40 minutes of my appointment.
