Another client who will not be coming back. I've been there three times. The first time I asked for low lights and highlights, and I received what I ordered, asked for and paid for. The next two trips, although I asked for lowlights and highlights, I got a full head of color with a few highlights. This last time, last week, they ruined my hair, the cut is horrible, there are maybe two highlights and a head full of dark brown hair when I am typically blonde.
