Had appt for root touch up and to have some of the blonde darkened at the ends only on the right side from prior 5 weeks earlier. When I arrived, I asked for 1" off the ends. No cut, no highlights. She asked if i wanted bangs cut. I said no. Alex said she would just clean up the bangs a bit. Bangs where to my mouth when i came in. I repeated "No color, No highlights, No hair cut."
