Ive been a client of Victor since 1993. I live in palm desert now for the last 10 years. After going from salon to salon with terrible results I drove 3 hours to pasadena to see Victor. Im soooo happy I did. His work is amazing. Won't go anywhere else again....Sorry El Paseo.
