RecommendedI highly recommend Kendra if you need a silk press. She made me feel comfortable and gave me tips for dealing with my transitioning hair. My hair looks and feels amazing.

My experience has been excellent, this Salon is great at customer service and they give great results! You will not be disappointed! I still receive consultation from time to time. I love my experience! If you are looking for a great place, Salon Serenity is the place to go.
My experience could have been better I will not be returning due to the following reasons. This was my second time coming to the salon to get a deep conditioning and blow dry. My first time coming I was waiting for almost an hour for the lady to come. I did in fact call a head. I got tired of waiting and just left. My second time coming I wanted to make an appointment but the assistant said “no just come in so we can get you out the way”. Hello, we are Sorry for your frustration but sometimes as a walk- in we may not be able to get you in and out the same way we would if someone was to schedule an appointment. We did in fact have you come sooner then later because its sometimes easier to slide in a walk-in earlier in the day then to come later, especially because it was a Saturday and all of our stylists were booked, I'll have someone contact u personally about the "dandruff patches" I believe that is a more of a personal subject. This was my daughter's first experience here yesterday with Quanny she got her first silk press and we both absolutely love it quanny did amazing job and my daughter said shes one of the nicest people she has ever met i highly recommend her services you wont be disappointed

I’ve been going here for a little under a year and finding Arsenio and Kendra was a god send! Everyone is so nice and friendly. Quick and flawless service EVERY TIME! I never have to worry about my hair not turning out or not looking the way i want it. Arsenio is amazing with the cuts and Kendra will for sure have you looking fly!
The atmosphere is welcoming, customer service is outstanding & the prices are appropriate for the service they offer- the music is even great! I absolutely recommend Salon Serenity without hesitation!
