My recent visit to Salon Envy in Enterprise, Alabama fell short of my expectations. The appointment took an excessive eight hours for a balayage treatment. Excessive hair teasing caused tangles that required multiple staff members to untangle over a couple of hours. Foil application took an unnecessary two hours. Some sections of my hair were initially missed during toning and required correction. Despite these issues, I was charged the full price.
