Kristin is the absolute best!!! She is very detail oriented, attentive to your specific needs, a chemist at heart, and will absolutely blow your mind with her work! A person at a different salon created the atrocity that is in the picture posted. Kristin did a 5 hour color correction on my hair & then lifted me to the perfect icy blonde color over 3 different sessions. I HATE that I moved away from Alabama & will miss her dearly!

Made an appointment days ahead of time, Paid the "deposit" to hold the spot. Got called the day of an hour before my appt that they can't make it that their child was sick. Yes children are important, but business etiquette is not wait until an hour before the appt to not give me time to find somewhere else to go. Just not even try and find a way to help, just rude messages and excuses. Would NOT recommend.
