If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in for all over blond highlights and the woman put in the wrong toner and it turned my hair brown. She told me the only way to fix it would be to strip the toner out and that the brassy tones would come back, but she couldn't do that until 5 days later. I didn't trust her to fix my hair after what she had done to it already. I was so embarrassed that I cried all the way home. I was charged over $200 for this botched service.
