My mom went to this salon last week and after she told me about her experience, I am very upset the way she was treated, the hairdresser was very rude to her the whole time when she would ask questions and my mother is the sweetest thing ever, the first thing my mom said was “this place is very nice” and the response she received was “ well it better be” and it went down hill from there, so many more rude comments, my mom felt so uncomfortable but really needed her hair done so she sat through it... unacceptable!
