DO NOT GO HERE horrible. rude staff, absolutely butchered my hair. chunky cut and looks extremely messy. i’ve been going here for years and only tolerated attitude because of one amazing hair dresser who now left. so i tried someone new and absolutely regretted it. nothing going for this place anymore. do not go
I came in asking for a layered haircut and specifically requested that only one inch be taken off my hair. I showed the stylist, Ben, an inspiration picture of exactly what I wanted, and he even showed me how much he planned on cutting off before starting. My hair is at least three inches shorter when it was supposed to be one inch cut at most. Unfortunately, I walked out with extremely chunky, uneven-looking layers. Absolutely terrible establishment. I got the absolute worst haircut of my life. It will take half a year to recover. What an awful place
Do not get a hair cut from Ruby. He told me was going to cut some “face framing pieces,” instead he gave me a bob. I cannot stop crying. He ruined my hair and self esteem. He rushed through my haircut, but I can’t blame him since his mom was yelling at him the entire time. Do not trust him and DO NOT GO HERE! RUBY GAVE ME THE WORST HAIRCUT OF MY LIFE! I’m devastated.
