Absolutely terrible establishment. I got the absolute worst haircut of my life. It will take half a year to recover. What an awful place
Do not get a hair cut from Ruby. He told me was going to cut some “face framing pieces,” instead he gave me a bob. I cannot stop crying. He ruined my hair and self esteem. He rushed through my haircut, but I can’t blame him since his mom was yelling at him the entire time. Do not trust him and DO NOT GO HERE! RUBY GAVE ME THE WORST HAIRCUT OF MY LIFE! I’m devastated.
Shady salon that resorts to bullying and harassment. They drive all of their clients away by yelling at them on things that are their OWN mistake-especially the receptionist. And they treat their stylists like trash. Ask anyone in great neck and they will tell you the same thing. Stay far away from Ruby’s!
The best hairdresser out there!!! I’ll always be back!!
