First time appointment and saw Kylie. I had my hair cut at another salon and was disappointed. I like a pixie cut but felt mine was more like a bowl cut. Kylie asked for pictures and showed me some from the internet to make sure we were on the same page as to what I was looking for. She corrected the previous cut and made it look more feminine and it fit my face shape better.
