This place has the coolest minimalist, modern style and Keith is the best! Favorite hair cuts and color I've ever had and always a fun, relaxing, professional experience.
I am so glad that I found SALON RO5 because prior to this I had been putting up with mediocre service at a salon in downtown Scottsdale. I LOVE the great, consistent, customer service here and I'm happy with the quality of services I'm getting with Dario. He's confident, engaging and the color is so nice that I've been stopped in a store and asked where I get it done. I think the whole business model and lay out of the salon is genius as well.

One day I walked and and asked for the most experienced person to fix my hair (I had been butchered the day before by she who shall not be named). After a consultation, I came back a couple weeks later and have seen Noah every 8 weeks ever since! He's amazing. I look forward to Every trip to the salon and trust his sense of style

Not only did I receive amazing service, but today (Sunday) the salon called and said they had accidentally charged me wrong. They fixed the billing over the phone! Great service and honest business!
