Had been offered a promotional package which was misleading. Had not previously mentioned there would be additional charges for having long hair even though I only got a trim. Will not be returning. I had initially been told the service included a full balayage. However, I was then told at the appointment that the service only included a partial balayage. Very deceiving and false advertising.
