They burnt my scalp No help later Rude and insulted us when we went there to ask them which product they used. The lied and changed stories of the product usage. They said their stylist would not lie but "we may". I am facing severe hair loss,allergy
I have colored my hair for 50 years and don't like my hair to look the same each cut. I am happy to have found this place. My stylist, Kelsey, has done so well when I tell her to decide what to do. I am over sixty, so she gently discouraged my desire for a hot purple buzz cut, but listened and understood what my real need was and met it. One of the things I love best is that the staff has highly professional skills, yet I can walk in wearing my housecleaning clothes and still feel welcome and respected.
