I just walked into Posh about 35 minutes ago with my best friend and was turned away because "they weren't going to be able to get us in" they didn't close for another hour and 45 minutes. We were so excited to have a nail salon that stayed open until 8 because we can never get our nails done during the week due to all the other salons closing at 7. Sorry Kimberleigh, we were short staff with only 8 people working today. We normally have 12 people working. There were people at the bar waiting and our staff is in the kids room and on the pedi floor that just started on clients, which all this you did not see because you only stepped up to the front desk. I rather let you know we can't get to you then have you wait over an hour and half when your time is precious.
This will definitely be our go to place from now on! They did excellent with Hayleigh, my 3 year old. Very patient, cordial, and professional!!

My Daughters and I have been spoiled at Posh several times! We all love it. The nail technicians listen to your needs and are extremely welcoming.
I had the absolute best pedicure by Judy, I will be coming back for her for sure. I went in with a migraine and needed to relax. By the time I was done and on my way, my headache was gone, I was completely relaxed and I my feet felt amazing. I highly recommend Posh.

Went to posh today after being there a few weeks ago,walked in and wanted a fill as I already had a set on,and when i went in the last time I had thought I was getting the "dip" on my nails being that's what color sheet I choose off and told the lady,well that's not what I got :( so I explained the situation to them after feeling very confused when they told me I didn't have the dip on my nails...so Jessica got me fixed up soaked off the nails I had on and fixing the mistake from last time she did an amazing job and the Dip ... read more

My friend and I made an appointment for Sunday at 2:30. We arrived on time and told to pick a color. We were then taken to the bar area where we received drinks and proceeded to wait an HOUR. We paid for the Posh pedicures which are $50. The whole pedicure took maybe 20 minutes because they were in such a rush to tend to other people. Sooo not worth that amount of money. My advice is don't make appointments because they don't care and you might as well save money and go elsewhere. You will get the same pedicure and pay less.... read more

Hi Lindsay, I'm so sorry that you experienced that. I was not notified of this on Sunday and had to learn about it from reading your review. I spoke with our receptionists and nail techs that worked on Sunday. Our receptionist was fairly new. She made a mistake and seated the wrong group. You gals had an appointment and should've been priority. The receptionist is no longer employed at Posh. We honor appointments and take them seriously. I apologized that you had to wait so long.
